About UsKS Appraisalis a real estate appraisal and consulting firm established in 1993, located in Mesa, Arizona. The principals, Kurt Kleinman, Bryan Caffrey and Brad Kleinman have over 38 years of combined experience in real estate within the state of Arizona.Kurt D. Kleinman, MAI, has been involved in the appraisals of all types of commercial property for the past 18 years. It is Mr. Kleinman's prime objective to understand and meet the client's needs and goals. For complex problems or larger projects, the service can be structured on a separate and sequential basis. Thus, the client pays only for what he needs, at the time he needs it. Market feasibility and litigation clients frequently utilize this structuring of services. Tom Davis, Certified General, has been involved in real estate and appraisal services for the past 18 years. Mr. Davis has worked within a Financial Institution over eight years and has an excellent knowledge of the appraisal review and an understanding of lending requirements in the appraisal process. Mr. Davis provides a wide range of commercial appraisals and reviews of complex properties. Brian Mills is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser specializing in appraising commercial property in Northern Arizona. Mr. Mills has been appraising real estate for 7 years. Aaron Sessions is also a General Certified Appraiser who has been appraising for 6 years and is a retail and industrial specialist. Support staff includes Court Kleinman, Ryan Melzer and David Mills all three of which are in the final stages of becoming Certified General Real Estate Appraisers. Brad Kleinman and Bryan Caffrey are the "residential" appraisers with KS Appraisal with over 20 years of combined experience. It is the mission ofKS Appraisalto have the employees specialize in different property types (e.g. office, retail and residential). Therefore, knowledgeable answers can be given on all market aspects.Our company has been involved in the appraisal of all types of single-family, multi-family, commercial, industrial and resort properties in four states within the western United States (Arizona, California, Utah, and Nevada).
